ALT training at Waseca FCC for women
Minnesota CRI State Rep Ashley Gorka reports (see more in “articles” ed.) - Waseca FCC We went in Friday December 16th and met with 20 incredible leaders and co-leaders to continue growing their 12 step/8 principle groups. Half the advanced leaders and co-leaders are Spanish with almost everyone understanding the basics of both languages. Although Hector used an interpreter, God has gifted him with an incredible ability to teach in both languages. What an opportunity to get to see how this program can work in any language! We are not unique in our struggles no matter where we are from. These women were from all parts of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica.Everyone participated and shared many different issues that CRInside groups struggle with. Mitch and Pat, some of the prison staff, and supporters of CRInside, also participated in the training. Advanced training from the ALT material and the help and support from Hector will allow Waseca to develop its own T.E.A.M. structure and weekly Celebrate Recovery meetings in the prison. I plan to return in the New Year to complete the training module and further equip these women with the tools they need to implement the program.  How to write your testimony- Sponsor Dynamics
