God has opened the doors to Celebrate Recovery Inside to be offered at the Charleston Navy Base Old Navy Brig, where men are hungry for a Word of encouragement to overcome bad choices & habits, & to cope with problems in their lives. Guantanomo Bay detainees are now being held there, along with other Navy offenders. This opportunity will help to prepare them for a new life spiritually & physically. The recovery program will also be offered to other militry personnel on that base, & the Seamens Chapel will be rehabilitated for a place to give this Recovery Program & for a 2nd Chance for men in need of God's help. The Chapel can also be used to help with reentry of inmates upon release from the Brig.
